Yesterday at 2100 EDT, the Blue Origin New Glenn rocket self-executed a
rapid kinetic disassembly in a colossal fireball fueled by methane fuel
and liquid oxygen, sending billowing clouds of fire, smoke and flaming
debris into the night sky visible for miles and miles around.
The explosion occurred as engineers were counting down to a brief test
firing of the New Glenn's seven methane-fueled BE-4 first-stage engines
at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
Spokesman Marvin T Martian stated that this was not part of the ongoing Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator project

Marcus House has posted an excellent summary of what we know so far.

Losing this rocket is bad enough, but the destroy launch
system will take even longer to replace.

The BE-4 engines, which may well be the problem, are also used by ULA,
so they have to delay while a determination is made too.

This will probably push the first US manned Moon landing since Apollo
    beyond Trump's term.

That would be an argument for all-caps letters, except then there is
the numeral "0" and the capital "0" to consider ...

I once had to create a phone app into which an end user would
have to enter a random 64 number through the keypad (this was
    pre-iphone).

I created a simplified version of Base64. Aside
from including a checksum, I made upper and lowercase characters
equivalent, and IiLl1 all equivalent, as well as 0Oo. It worked
    pretty well.
