• AI job test

From MRO@VERT/BBSESINF to All on Sat Apr 25 01:08:22 2026
I'm working at a big company but I was still curious about working
at 3m so i applied and took their employment test.

it was an entire AI mindfuck. it was timed. it was a lot of trick
questions. Actually I would stay it was ALL trick questions except for the math part.

I think i passed it but i know i got a few wrong.

It actually hurt my ego a bit. I should have taken it with a clear head.

I even pasted one into AI and it tricked ai. i knew what the answer was but
i was curious if claude could get it. it was a fake machine with all kinds
of gauges and " if this is like this" type settings. there was also one with nuts where half weren't really nuts and there was damage. in one question you counted that weren't nuts without them saying so.

and there were rules about the damage. i've been in QA my entire working life and that took me a while. and knowing you are on a short time limit messes with you.

    haha. this shit hurt me.

    i worded this funny.
they had nuts with square ID and nuts with circle ID. they said only the
ones with circle ID were nuts. but when they asked to count them they factored in the bad ones.

only the next question did they ask what were the good ones according to the rules of id and crack damage.
