I set up a Mystic site on a home computer. I am using dynu to manage my dns settings. I have the A records pointing to the computer and I can reach the site from any computer only if I use the Public IPv4 address of 65.33.217.110

The domain name of mystic-hobbies.com doesn't connect.

Do I have to configure something in the Mystic server setup that will allow it to be reachable?

When I lookup the ip address of mystic-hobbies.com with host it says the ip address is 192.168.1.8.

That is a private ip on your lan, no one outside of your lan will be able to connect with that.

If you can adjust the dns settings for mystic-hobbies.com to point to 65.33.217.110 instead of 192.168.1.8 it should work.

I tried to duplicate what I use for my hobbylinebbs.com which has a
    private
IP address of 192.138.210.146 That address reaches the site without any problem, but I will give it a try.

Yep, I can reach hobbylinebbs.com without issues, 192.138.210.146 is the public
    IP and it works.

On my internal lan I have the address 192.168.0.11, or something there about,
that doesn't work outside of my own network but my public IP does so that is what I have dns setup to use.

You'll need to get dns for mystic-hobbies.com to point to your public IP and also open any necessary ports you want to use on that machine.

    That did it! Thanks.
