What do we see in the Narnia: The Magician's Nephew trailer?
Narnia: The Magician's Nephew's trailer opens on lead characters
Digory Kirke and Polly Plummer, played by David McKenna and
Beatrice Campbell, as a narrator sets the stage for their magical
journey. "Sometimes one story is the beginning of all the others,"
says the narrator.

Polly and Digory get curious about magic after seeing Uncle Andrew
(Daniel Craig). To find out if it's even real, they reach his
place. "Are you ready?" asks Polly. Digory hesitantly replies,
"How can I be ready if I don't know what's on the other side?"

Polly asks Uncle Andrew if magic actually works. He responds,
"I am a magician. But see for yourself." He gives Digory a ring,
and once he wears it, the trailer teases the fantasy world of the
movie with Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven running in the
background. Digory exclaims, "Wow!" To which Polly tells him,
"There are other worlds."

However, Digory accidentally touches a forbidden object. Doing so
awakens Jadis, the White Witch (Emma Mackey). "Come to me, my
power." Just before the trailer ends, the film also teases Aslan,
the mythical lion. Acclaimed actress Meryl Streep will voice him.

The ensemble cast also includes Carey Mulligan, Kobna
Holdbrook-Smith, Ciaran Hinds, Denise Gough, and Susan Wokoma.
Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt have composed the music.

Narnia: The Magician's Nephew releases in theaters on February 12,
2027. It will then arrive on Netflix on April 2, 2027.
