    Tone arm starts 15seconds into song and gets stuck before song ends. Any ideas.

    The manual covers the Lead-In (where the needle lands), and Cutoff (the
    point it cancels playing) adjustments.

    I'd start there...

    Oh, and make sure the tone arm is set correctly over the cam that sets
    in in place on the record and returns the tone arm to the rest position
    - the two pins sticking out of the bottom of the plate must straddle the
    cam. If the machine was moved or someone pulled up on the tone arm
    assembly it could be offset!

    Again the owners manual should show the correct placement of the tone
    arm assembly.
