But think of this : My newsgroup server, Eternal September, has disabled the use of attachments / binaries in most of its newsgroups. Should I now
assume that its ES'es intent to make the lives harder of people who just
want to include a picture (screenshot) instead of penning down a thousand words ? Or should I take it as it is, an unwanted, but unavoidable side-effect ?
