I doubt it. Canada and Australia passed laws, supported by heavy lobbying from the
newspapers, that tried to make Google pay for links to newspapers. They did a fudge
in Australia for a while but eventually said no, we'll just turn off Google News in
those countries since we were making no money from it anyway.
