India, England in Tests but they could still make WTC Finals DESPITE
being an AVERAGE test team.
WHY should England be judged in 22 tests but Sri Lanka ONLY in 12 tests
for WTC?
The 10 test difference is too much.
ICC must come up with a BETTER COMPARISON and MEASURE.
Granted England lost most of their earlier tests, but that's a different story.
