Hello All,
I finally figured out how to correctly set *nix file permissions from within Free Pascal so QOTD and TMO's "index.dat" files can be written with the correct permissions (on my system anyway, LOL).
I now have working binaries for FreeBSD, OS/2, and Win32. I have to try things in DOS. I have to set up a Linux VM so I can compile Linux binaries.
There's still a few minor things I need to fix in my code before I feel comfortable to ask for testers plus I need to write updated install/usage docs as *nix users have a few extra steps to go through.
As of right now, all of my current BBS doors compile. Whether or not they actually work is another story. <G> But not too bad for an old dog trying to learn new tricks.
