Title: Pecan Buttermilk Pound Cake

Yield: 1 Cake
2 c Sugar
1 c Butter
4 Eggs
3 c Flour
1/2 ts Soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Vanilla
1 ts Lemon extract
1 c Buttermilk
1 c Pecans; chopped
Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift
flour, soda, baking powder, and salt together.
Add dry ingredients and buttermilk a little at a time. Start with,
and end with dry ingredients.
Add flavorings and pecans.
Bake at 350?F for about 1 hour, or until done. Cool in pan for about
30 minutes before removing from pan.
Powdered sugar may be sprinkled over cake if desired.
