Title: Smothered Catfish

Yield: 1 Batch
3 lg Cat fish (5 md)
2 ts Black pepper
2/3 c Flour
1 1/2 c Bacon drippings
1 Can onion soup
Have ready shaker bag with salt, pepper, and flour. Cut cat fish in
halves.
Shake cat fish in bag until well coated with mixture.
Fry in hot drippings until golden brown, remove, and pour out
drippings from skillet.
Add fish and onion soup to skillet and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes, in
covered skillet.
Remaining flour may be added until desired thickness is acquired.
