8 Ripe bananas
100 ml Sunflower honey or
- other honey
50 ml Sambal Olek (Indonesian)
30 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
- (Japanese)

Mix sunflower-honey, Sambal Olek, and Kikkoman Soy Sauce.

Marinate the bananas for 12 hours.

Grill the bananas. Brush with the marinade when grilling.

Perfect side-dish with hot BBQ meat.
