I hope things improve for you and you do better soon. That
chiropractor seems to be ripping you off though. Anyways, I
hope you'll be able to continue to do the things you love and
god speed to you
The last time I went to a chiropractor was in the wake of an
auto accident, where I got rear ended by another vehicle, spun
across traffic, and hit by a car from the other direction. I was
not at fault in the wreck, and was able to walk away from it. The
guy who was at fault, his insurance covered the chiropractic bill.
However, in June, 2022...dry corneas were causing my vision to
blur without warning...so I gave up driving, and sold my car. Now,
if I have errands, I have to:
1) Take Lyft (although with a shortage of drivers at times, a round
trip can run $100).
2) Take medical transport to doctors offices from my HMO (although I
only get 12 medical round trips per year).
3) Have a friend take me to the various places.
I have no immediate family left, after the suicide of my younger
brother nearly 2 years ago...the deaths of my Dad and my wife 19
years ago, and the death of my Mom nearly 7 years ago. The hobbies
are a great diversion.
I had a panic attack and nervous breakfown after my brother's
suicide, and ended up in the psychiatric ward for a week in late
2024. They were giving us 2000 calories a meal (not a day), but
you had only 30 minutes to eat it. After I got released, a fellow
ham radio operator said "You have an excuse to be sane...the rest
of us aren't so lucky".
Daryl
... Rabbit stew for dinner...it seems more than one of us can split hares!
