A few days have passed, and Trump has once again forgotten how things actually work, and he's simply starting his routine all over again. In my opinion, it's clearly dementia, but for Republicans, it's yet another display of his brilliance. The ninety days have already passed for Trump, and he's once again talking about raising tariffs on, for example, Canada and other countries that don't want to negotiate, read: give in to whatever demands the US presents. The point is, there are no negotiations, because there are no realistic demands from the US. You can't take Trump's nonsense seriously, because you're dealing with the international trade knowledge of a toddler. To give a good example... Compare it to your own 'trade' with the supermarket. What you're now demanding is that the supermarket buys as much from you as you buy from them. That's essentially what Trump is proposing. How can you seriously negotiate about that without thinking... Has his diaper been changed yet?
