They keep rambling though, and I still find parrots all over the place. There has been some improvement since the last election (that was a
wake up call for a lot of idiots) but I just hope that thinking for the self is trending up.

That's all we can do. You can't make things foolproof because the Elitsts will just make bigger fools.

But the institutions that they took over and rotted from the inside are crumbling. All that time/money/effort that they put in is falling flat.

That's what I mean. Their catchphrase seems to be "You can't be fired tomorrow," which sounds good to people who don't take work seriously.

Yup. Having worked at GM and witih UAW guys, I have lots of stories about useless/incompetent people who had good jobs for decades.

Or about the guys with mechanical engineering degrees who work on the assembly line because it pays better.

The worst one was when a UAW member was caught by the DEA selling illegal drugs on GM property. The DEA arrested him. GM fired him. But the UAW's stand "we'll fight for him to get his job back when he gets out."

... Me, indecisive? I don't think I am, do you?

That's insane, but that's what unions are for I guess.

We need to elect candidates who have an interest in dissolving labor unions, but I swear, we also need them to dissolve school boards. We're paying idiots to waste our money and to subjugate our kids and our educators. I'm not sure what's more sick (unions or school boards.)

They are the same people. We need to keep them in the roles they are best suited for: making coffee for people who actually produce.

When they are allowed access to the "levers of power" they always mess it up.

Thanks for that idea. I went to 2 of their meetings in a row now, and I'm not good at public speaking. Each time I get up there I start to think about the things that I'm so pissed about, and I think about how much they despise me and what I'm saying, and I have a hard time getting the words out clearly.

I need someone to go there with me and read my speech for me. Someone who's not so angry :) But in reality, they ain't gonna listen to anybody anyway. They even ignored what a Democrat city councilwoman had to say (she spoke just before me at the last meeting.)

It's probably best to write up a speech ahead of time, practice it and "perform" that at the meeting.

That would certainly be helpful. :)

Of course they aren't going to listen to you. You have no power over them.

I did read it from paper, but I was there complaining about them lying, I was demanding an apology, and I was demanding that they cut ties with certain contractors. It was a lot for me to say to a bunch of smug pricks.

One good thing about it is that it's streamed and posted on Youtube, and another is that there are parents and school staff members who watch it. I expose their dark side each time, for what it's worth.

I wouldn't have bothered to demand anything from them. We all know that they won't do anything against their own self-interests unless there was some hefty legal weight behind it.

They'll certainly never apologize for anything - 'cuz they can never be wrong, ya, know.

Exposing the dark side it certainly worth it. The more people who know the fewer people will vote them in next time. Or if enough people get pissed off, there can be a recall vote.

There was a recent event where the parents in area all came to the board and demanded that they resign. The board, of course, refused. So the parents voted - and there were enough of them - and the board had to leave.

I know a lady who has a Facebook group with ~80 parents in it, and she's on my side about the security issue. I wonder if the others are too? I bet that the potential to lose 80 votes could get their attention.

They think that I'm going to cool off and leave them alone, but I'm going to be on their asses for at least the next 9 years.

They don't see the Reality today. They want their grift to keep going.

But we're not letting go. We're not getting distracted.

A long time ago, when I lived in an apartment, I noticed that every so often there was a large stack of ourgoing letters. One day, I met the person doing that. The old guy across the hall from me. He told me that he's retired with nothing to do. So he spends his time bothering his congress-critters. :)
