I'd vote for Ted for Governor. But he's probably smart enough to not run for it.

We need to stop looking at people who are good at X and then assume that they will be good at everything else. A good actor does not necessairly mean a good leader - even if he did play one on TV.

IHMO: I think Trump will slowly start moving JD into the limelight as his term progresses. What we want is for everyone to see that JD will continue the Trump policies and plans. And is strong enough to make it happen.

I don't see that myself. I think JD is fully MAGA. I think JD should be tested so that we can see the result.

I think JD is in our corner and the fact that he's more laid back and not bombastic like Trump he could win over the center left votes for some time to come.

Good point. Only a few of them get into details. Joe Lynn Turner comes to mind as one of the celebrities who gets specific about things. Phil Soussan too. I rank them higher than celebrities who have been vague about why they support Trump.

But there are certain MAGA celebrities that I trust like Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, Roseanne Barr, and Rob Schneider. The things they say are too serious to not be sincere.
