The cases against Trump will soon implode/explode.
Yesterday it was reported that Harvey Weinstein's conviction was overturned in a NY appeals court. The all-women panel came to the conclusion that Harvey's case was handled inappropriately by the trial judge and prosecutor... Over zealous and political misuse of the justice system.
Don't get me wrong... Harvey is guilty AF... Ugly as sin... There is no way any right minded have sex with him without being coerced or rendered unconscious with some form of drug. He needs to be in jail having men force him to have unwanted, even wanted, sex like he done for years in Hollywood.
Harvey's Casting Couch was a well known secret among the Hollywood circle. What we can rejoice in... Is that the justice system works...
The judge in Harvey's case should have ran it "Normal" and not political. Seems the the judge and prosecutor ran that case with similar tactics like they did/do with Trump. If they had presented the facts as they were and kept the political crap out Harvey would still be passed around like a rag doll in prison
All that aside... Trump!!!! The liberals and those who suffer from TDS might be getting tired of Trump WINNING.
The Justices at the Supreme Court were asking pointed questions to Jack Smith's lawyers... Why wasn't Obama charged after he killed an American/ Terrorist in a drone attack... He had no answer... Obama killed an American by drone... He was a terrorist... But there was no due process... no court of law looked looked at any evidence and rendered an opinion in fact, finding him guilty in absentia and giving him a death sentence.
Nope... Barry made his own mind up and pulled the trigger and killed a man who needed to be proven guilty in a court of law and awarded all the rights awarded to him, as a citizen, by the constitution.
The justices, even the liberal ones, were asking all the right questions. They were seeing the ramifications of this case and how it might impact future presidents. There is no need to use some slippery slope reasoning in hypothesizing what an administration might do to their political rival... It's happening in the hear and now.
It sounds like the Supreme Court may make a decision where immunity is given on official acts and not on unofficial acts.
So if you're a president who lost a contested election you'll be able to say go peacefully to the Capital and make your voices heard... Won't land you in jail.
Supreme Court reviewed the J6 case and it SOUNDS like they may decide in their favor. So, if you were one of the 350 people who were ushered into the Capital and given a guided tour from the Feds you might have your Enron style charges dropped to a misdemeanor. And again this will help Trump because Jack Smith used this exact statute against Trump in some of those 90++ indictments.
