The last one is the new one. I see the others are either revoked or expired. You could of course extend the expired one. ;-)

WRT expired, does the existing key we have of someone need to
be replaced when the original is extended with a new date?
I imported it in my key ring. I now have:

You'd want the update of the extended key imported into your key ring,
so gpg doesn't complain you are using an expired key...

I upgraded from 2048 bit to 4096 bit, and thus chose to let the older key expire.
You'd want the update of the extended key imported into your key
ring, so gpg doesn't complain you are using an expired key...
And.. it will probably refuse to use a known expired key?
