How is a physically handicapped Doctor supposed to
run from Daleks and Cyberman, and why can't he go
to New^n Earth and get himself fixed, or regenerate?
Well, a physically disabled Doctor could have a wheelchair with
built-in missiles... and motorised wheels that can go faster
than a Kaled mutant's travel machine can move or stomping
Cybermen can march.
With science fantasy anything is possible...
