Walk of Stars

Sun and moon in play
Her notes's sustain died away
Roberta's last day
The angel silent and still
Walk Hollywood hill

Hollywood's dead smell
A drab hill where virtue fell
To a self made hell
The blank tombstone raised from dust
The dark pit bred pride and lust

Sad souls pace the streets
On lowest slopes where life meets
Mourning the heart beats
Pace the roads of fallen stars
Dodge limos and tourist cars

Stricken stars are lone
Their tarnished stars set in stone
Their silent throats moan
Idols trapped in pagan kirks
Brief and shallow human works

Their stars on sidewalk
Paces pound in humble talk
Heathen outcasts balk
Communists cast into night
Worst of worst than acting blight

Souls of fever red
Crossroads of living and dead
On resentment fed
A guide comes with measured pace
Alfred Miller's honest face

He explains the woes
Hollywood in haunted throes
The hill where death slows
Merest sins are close to earth
We yet hear the living mirth

Sunset's glow in west
We weary pace absent rest
Beneath the dread crest
Greater evil at the heights
With haunts of despairing wights

The other tatters
Dressers, makeup, and hatters
Who never matters
They lose all hope into here
On streets stalked in pain and fear

The banners chasing
Directors are debasing
And pride erasing
They seek a set silver paid
Heavy coin that earthward weighed

Expendable ghost
Miller and the commie host
Mountains break the coast
Glue the slopes with human paste
Posed on roads the way from waste

Oxeneyed are blind
Rippled muscled chests are pined
Breasts of plastic bind
Cattle stomp the bloody clay
Movie crews select the prey

Candles carved of wax
Brief and bright in burning packs
Flames burn swift climax
Glitter fills the dressing rooms
Starlet swells and breakout looms

Diva dreams the best
She rides the wave on the crest
The depths doom her quest
Faces melt and merge in flow
Gnawings knitting younger woe

Families are shred
Homes left to decay and dead
Girls lured to foul bed
Scribbled names in haste are signed
Daughters lost mothers grind

Roles they get are crude
Movie crews are often rude
Love in foul of mood
Swallow pride to chase careers
Who will rise among he peers

Mean girls become mean
Foolishness is faith of teen
Loose girls are obscene
Unskilled as adults they lag
Elders dress them as a hag

They learn to have shame
New player is joined the game
Most yearning of fame
Like postcards from distant home
Whence restless feet came to roam

Sheer and whitest shirts
Love fulfilled that cocaine hurts
Apple and worm flirts
Rifle writhes the sheets in bed
She bleeds to death fatal head
