    He's written some excellent poems.


    Doc critiques me as liking "Everything", but that ain't so... for example I hate the poetry of Penhead and Nancy G... ha ha.

    Lovely, difficult to go wrong with a Stevens poem....

    I'd call it my favorite Stevens poem. It's the first one I read; it was assigned in my one modern poetry class back in uni. I actually didn't like it at all back then. But I've found that Stevens is a lot like David Bowie; anything new he did sounded very weird at first, but grew on me over time.
