Strengths
Marina Sirtis??s
Performance: This episode
is a showcase for Marina
Sirtis (Deanna Troi). She
delivers a compelling and
chilling performance as the
corrupted counselor,
displaying a confidence,
cruelty, and sexuality
rarely seen in the
character. It provides a
fascinating, albeit
temporary, look at Troi??s
dark side.
I don't recall seeing this
one, but any episode alleged
to have a strong performance
by Marina Sirtis... well,
frankly, I don't believe it.
Dave, have you seen this?
These AI summaries are okay,

It?s only slightly less plausible than accusing Gates McMuffin of the same thing.

IMO, McFadden is better than Sirtis. This may be partly because Beverly usually has less to do, though. They threw A stories at Deanna left and right.

Watch the mechanics of McMuffin going through her scenes sometime. For instance, she?ll start talking before she hits her communicator badge. So they have to put in the queen noise while her hand is still in motion
towards the badge.
