    Facing the sun, a bright spot on a rock could be a patch of ice.
    I wish it was an alien spacecraft but other things are more likely.

    the ocean floor, and that it could be the remnants
    of a extraterrestrial starship.

    Now he's claiming that 31/Atlas may be another
    interstellar craft.

    He seems a bit of a sensationalist.
