All outdoor showers that I have seen have a door. That is, outdoor
showers not just using a garden hose.

Go to the previous day to see Janis in the outdoor shower without a door.

I've certainly encountered beach properties with doorless outdoor
showers. Unless it's on a private beach one would shower while still
    wearing one's bathing suit.

I believe this house is rather secluded, with no neighbors behind.

    I think it's a mistake ? a very tempting mistake to make ?

Some of the bush-tramping over-night-stay buildings here in New
Zdealand have walled outdoor showers - they are in teh middle of
nowhere with no other buildings anywhere around.

Most outdoor showers (and the outdoor public urinals in places like
Paris) have a couple of walls that make a sort-of @-shaped "maze"
    passageway in.

Some beaches here in New Zealand do (did?) have just a shower head on a
pole, with no walls or doors at all, at the edge of the car parking
area that is for washing off the sand and salt water after you've been
on the beach. People are of course meant to still be wearing their
beach shorts / swimsuit, although no doubt there is the occasional
moron who thinks rules don't apply tp them.

I recall the kids skinny dipping in the pond after a hard day's work.

...and a faint memory of Arlo and Janis bare in an outdoor hot tub.
