On Trump's take out menu, prosecutors took orders for fully-loaded
charge sheets, but that order wasn't obeyed by the grand jury which
squirted mustard on the idea of handing down a true bill on the felony indictment, literally disproving the idea that a prosecutor can indeed
get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.
Prosecutors pursued misdemeanor charges to which Dunn pleaded not
guilty.
