    Subject: Surveillance state Border Patrol pulls over drivers for "suspicious travel"

    Border Patrol is using predictive algorithms to identify drivers whose
    travel is suspicious, then pulling them over on pretextual stops and
    searching vehicles. Data from license plate readers is aggregated to
    form profiles. This has been going on for a decade.
