youtube is full of that sort of AI generated videos being posted under
multiple IDs.

Ah, but that's the key that makes it all possible. They don't do it by
hand. The first videos might be done by hand, but then the other
videos are being done by AI bots. So they create one video and then
run it through their setup to create and post a hundred variations on
names to different accounts. It's all a game of numbers where they
hope at least one of the posts will catch with the viewers.
