I haven't read all these, but there's five court filings, worth
downloading and keeping, somewhat repetitious but different:

Their supposed consent to do this isn't there, no disclosures are made
to the consumer, and the consumer is not paid for the data that is
    stolen.

First there is the crime of violating privacy, then there is the crime
of selling the stolen data to parties kept secret from the consumer.
This is fraud, no matter what way you look at it.

Hooray for Texas, for at least the pretense of taking corporate crime seriously, as opposed to California, the land of the unenforced
    consumer protection law.

Oh dear, tin-foil hat sales are about to soar. The looney conspiracy
nutters are crawling out of the woodwork again (no doubt lead by the
big orange moron in the White House and his brainless chums). :-\

Even *IF* you devices were actually "spying", they don't contain any
details about you personally ... when did you enter your name, address,
etc. into your smart TV?!? Hell, your bank, government tax department,
etc. already has far more information about you personally than any
smart device can ever obtain. :-\
