? "Julie's Tycoon". Julie is reunited with a child she sponsored thru a world relief organization and discovers he's a wealthy man.
After the aGreek tycoon proposed to Julie, she decided she wasn't in
lover with him and turned him down. Unfortunately (or fortunately), it
was after he lost all his wealth after a business deal failed, so I
guess he really wasn't wealthy after all.

Snakes on a Plane (4K disc) 2006 movie starring Samuel L. Jackson as an

Sorry to Bother You (blu-ray) 2018 movie written and directed by Boots Riley. The movie stars LaKeith Stanfield as a down on his luck young
man who takes a job as a telemarketer to make money. Stanfield is able
to switch to a "white voice" which allows him to make more sales and
quickly rise the ranks of the company. That's about when the second
half of the movie kicks in and it switches genres and things get really spoilerly from there. The movie holds up very well. The movie is a
wild ride, especially when the science fiction second half kicks in.
Demolition Man (4K disc) 1993 Sci-fi movie starring Sylvester Stallone
and Wesley Snipes. Stallone plays a cop from 1993 who is hunting a
psycho killer played by Snipes. The two are cryogenically frozen, and >awaken in the far off distant future year of 2032 where their battle >resumes. No.
All of their original ideas would have made the movie worse! According
to the "film critic" commentary:
They originally wanted to dump the 90s opening and have the movie start >already in the future.
They wanted to make the movie serious instead of comedic.
Stallone desperately wanted Jackie Chan to play the villain, but Chan
wasn't playing villains at that time in his career. Whereas Snipes
wanted the role and loved playing the character. On the commentary they >also said, they know Stallone was aware of Jackie Chan prior to this
movie, because another Stallone movie completely ripped off one of
Chan's movies.
They were seriously going to reveal Sandra Bullock as Stallone's
daughter, even though the two characters had "sex" with each other.
They were going to kill off Bill Cobbs' character. They filmed his
death scene but cut it from the movie.
Even if you don't like the movie, it's worth listening to the commentary
for all the oh my god moments as they describe all the horrible ideas
that they tossed out while making the movie.

That's because it was direct-to-video. There were three direct-to-video releases after the series ended. The original pilot for SG-1 for
Showtime, Children of the Gods, got a new edit. I've only seen the
original edit as broadcast.
Continuum, in which Ben Browder plays two roles and gives the best performance of his career.

I second your lust. Loved her ever since Farscape, starring her
collegiate track athlete torso.
The scripts in later seasons had gotten weak. She really pulled off the comedy. Ben Browder, also from Farscape, didn't quite give us enough.
The Ark of Truth CENSORED! I removed this paragraph due to spoilers. I

Currie Graham guests stars as a weaselly earth villain. Has the man ever

He was House's victim on House, M.D., during second season, because he
was married to House's former lover. Even THAT didn't make him
sympathetic, as much as he didn't deserve House's wrath.
He was terrific as supervising ADA Balco on Raising the Bar (2008-2009),
two seasons on TNT, an excellent courtroom drama that looked at how the
law works from the perspective of both the defense and prosecution. They really made a point of why prosecutors ask for high cash bail bonds as
an opportunity to impose some limited punishment upon the defendant
(whom they believe to be guilty of committing the crime for which they
have been indicted), knowing that police mishandle evidence and make
false or misleading statements open to impeachment by the defense,
causing the case to fall apart. The defense, of course, is always
idealistic.
The audience didn't hate him on that, but he was certainly officious.
He's a terrific character actor, even if typecast.
I only made it about halfway through before I fell asleep (not because the >> movie was bad, but because it was 2AM), so I'll wrap it up tonight.

I know several people who loved that. They're probably the same people
who loved Sharknado, which I also haven't seen.
You've seen the Doctor Who episode! The comedy really misses on that.
Which one? I don't remember any with a sharknado or snakes on the

Snakes on a Plane (4K disc) 2006 movie starring Samuel L. Jackson as an
FBI agent who has to stop snakes on a plane. This was my first time
watching it since seeing it in theaters. Time and a commentary track
didn't really help.

Claudia Black doesn't have a daughter - Do you mean on the show? (Was it >Morena Baccarin?!!)

By this point in time I would expect anyone interested in the show
would have either watched the movies or at least been spoiled on the
basics.

Interesting message for the kids, especially given that she first knew
him as a child.

Oh, okay. Now I wonder why the writers had him go bankrupt, but that
does improve the messaging... though he's still a former child she sponsored.
