Subject: ABC's "Bona Fide News Program" Lies About Conservatives Committing Crimes

With Democrat Nazi Graham Platner?s meteoric rise having succumbed to
gravity and crashed into Maine?s North Country due to credible
allegations of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual
misconduct, The View was desperate to balance the scales for negative accusations against conservatives. So, they did what they do best: they
relied on made-up garbage and complete revisions of history.

While defending their Democratic Party for dragging its feet to oust
Platner, Joy Behar rehashed on Thursday the long-debunked sexual
misconduct allegations against Justice Brett Kavanaugh and falsely
claimed they were almost a carbon copy of Platner?s:

BEHAR: But at least the Democrats are dumping him. Whereas,
Susan Collins was one of the major votes to put Kavanaugh
on the Supreme Court and he also had allegations exactly
like this. If I recall correctly. Am I wrong?

HOSTIN: Well, the allegations were a little bit different
but they were of a sexual nature.

BEHAR: Exactly.

First, the claims made against Kavanaugh were completely fabricated,
and there was not a scintilla of evidence. Accuser Christine Blasey
Ford couldn?t even remember when the alleged sexual misconduct
happened; the calendars didn?t match her claims (even of the general
time frame), everyone she claimed was in the house at the time had no
memory of ever attending the party, and her claims shifted over time.

That?s not to mention the asinine accusations from grifter Julie
Swetnick, who asserted that a teenage Kavanaugh was running a rape
gang, an accusation for which there was no evidence whatsoever.

Elsewhere this week, Whoopi Goldberg, the purported ?moderator? of the supposed ?bona fide news program,? again engaged in electioneering,
touting how people should rise up and vote to end President Trump
accepting gifts from foreign countries.

But once again, Goldberg spoke in absolutes and misleadingly framed
presidents accepting gifts from foreign countries as an ?abnormal?
practice Trump had made ?normal?:

You know, this election that?s coming up, at least in my
opinion, is going to highlight a lot of things because there
lot of things that have happened. No longer can we accept
the fact that, you know, no president is allowed to accept
from foreign leaders anything, should not be allowed. (?)
But this has become normal, and we the people have to put
that back to being abnormal. That has to become abnormal
behavior again.

The notion was ridiculous. Every U.S. president has accepted gifts from foreign countries. The U.S. even gives gifts in return.

Whoopi Goldberg falsely claims no president had ever accepted
a gift from a foreign nation before Trump.

A 2015 CNN article boasted of ?The 12 best gifts world leaders gave the Obamas? (The View?s favorite first family), including a ?9.5' white and
blue longboard with friendship flags and the Presidential Seal? from Australia, ?a jeweled sword from Malaysia,? and ?diamond and emerald
jewelry set? from Saudi Arabia for Michelle.

Of course, none of these (including the gifts for Trump) actually go
with them when they leave office. Instead, they?re turned over to the
National Archive and are often loaned out to a president?s respective
library or other museums.

Despite the Federal Communications Commission?s increased scrutiny of
its status as a ?bona fide news program,? The View just could not stop
lying and spewing misinformation. ABC needs to pay closer attention
because they were already sued for defamation once for accusing Trump
of sexual crimes he was not found ?guilty? of.
