    Maybe the laws need to change so that third parties can't file actions
    on behalf of these migrants. Somebody is paying the lawyers who appeal
    these decisions and its probably not the migrants themselves given that
    most of them probably spent every dollar they had for passage from their
    home country.

    It sounds like the UK process is quite the joke. The US process is
    much more efficient (when judges not related to the process don't
    interfere).
