I hoped, manifested, wished every day that we'd never have to use them, but here we are, it's happened. I'm just completely numb. I thought I'd be a mess right now... but nothing. I haven't even cried. My husband, on the other hand,
is wailing, screaming, banging his head off the kitchen cabinets. He has a history of self-harm and I'm terrified he's about to relapse. Our daughters are crying and asking if they're safe and we had to compose ourselves and tell
them that no, they're not. We're not, as a family.
Our lives here in this city are over. We've both lived here since birth, multiple generations of family born here, but we can't and won't let our trans
daughters be taken from us and that's exactly what's about to happen under a Trump/Vance presidency in this deep, deep Red state.
I'm worried he'll try to ban Reddit, too. We're a collection of free-thinking,
high-IQ individuals united against hate and fascism. We're basically his worst
enemy. If he bans TikTok, he'll come for us next.
I need to cry, but I just can't. I feel like I'm living a nightmare.

First, *two* transformer kids? Legitimate cases of gender dysphoria are one in
a million in the population and these leftist parents somehow came out with two of them? They should play the PowerBall with luck like that. No, two transformer kids in one household is like having a vegan cat. We all know who's really calling the shots there. Imagine being a teenage boy trying to grow up with these warped lunatics as parents. I predict sometime in the next 5-10 years, we will start to see memoirs from the unfortunate offspring of these woke loons, describing horrors that will curl your hair. And that's the
best case scenario. Many of these abused children, particularly the ones who were sterilized and physically mutilated in pursuit of this grotesquerie, may very well end up murdering their parents and/or doctors.
On the other hand, if that hysterical dad is their primary male role model, no
wonder everyone else in the household is either a woman or pretending to be one.
Second, the brutal irony of all this is that it's not Red states that are taking kids away from their families over this transformer nonsense. It's Blue
states that have passed laws allowing judges to deny visitation and remove children from parental custody if they fail to jump on the transformer bandwagon and 'affirm' their child's choice to pretend to be something they're
not.
Third, it's apparent that people like this really hoped they'd have to take advantage of some kind of underground railroad that snuck transformer kids and
pregnant teens out of Red states while, narrowly avoiding the white supremacist special ops troops that were hunting them down. That's the ultimate leftist Reddit victim fantasy.
I only wish Trump was half as based as the crazy leftists pretend that he is.

Oh, and apparently talking about the WNBA's most famous superstar is not allowed on r/WNBA:

Reddit mods are the worst. If I had something to say there, I'd just substitute "Voldemort" or "she who shall not be named", but Harry Potter references are also probably banned because of Rowling's well-known anti-transformer stance.

What a coincidence, nearly two years out myself and and at least 2/3 of other Americans according to polling think the results of that election
is pure tragedy.
What public forum *doesn't* require one to skirt loons?

Why is that a problem on unmoderated Usenet? It certainly is a problem
on Reddit where no forum may be unmoderated.
Very little moderated Usenet remains. It has failed entirely over the
years.

Usenet is dying. Even this group, which used to still flourish even as all other withered away, barely has a handful of (legitimate) posts per day now.
