I can't believe how naive I was before Oct 7. I somehow thought that
most people were finally past anti-semitism and decades of peer pressure
had finally shamed it out of most people, especially the "thought
leaders". But all they accomplished, at best, was to damp things down a
bit for a while, ready to erupt in a big way with the events of Oct 7. I suppose it's just a feeling of "here we go again" for Jewish people but
I really thought public opinion had changed permanently to accept Jews
and the existence of Israel. But anti-Semitism is back in a big way and
it's not ever going away, is it? What a stunning indictment on the human race....
