    The usual suspects: Slaughterhouse (but not the civil rights cases that
    got rid of privileges or immunities), qualified immunity (Harlow), anti- fedealism thrpugh Commerce Clause (Filburn), Kelo (look for bad acts in
    takings and zoning violations of liberty in state and not federal law),
    Warren (no duty of competance).

    There are several Roberts's opinions I would include, like
    gerrymandering and removal of consumer protection.
