Duane Davis was railroaded! In the murder of Tupac Shakur, which police
were completely unable to solve because a group of people and Tupac's
entourage had an earlier argument in a busy place surrounded by
witnesses, Davis told everyone he knew how he had orchestrated Tupac's
murder. Then, he wrote a memoir giving even more detail. He gave details
of the crime to enhance his reputation and notoriety as a tough guy.

Finally, having been handed the solution on a silver platter, police
were able to arrest Davis.

But at trial, Davis's defense was that he didn[t mean anything he wrote,
even though all the details he gave fit what little evidence police
gathered at the time.

Davis's defense? Fiction, all fiction.

The jury, deciding he was Hunter Biden's brother from another mother,
spent a few hours laughiing their asses off in the jury room, then found
him guilty.

He said he didn't mean it! So unfair they chose to believe that he had
meant it.
