• Bruce Campbell gets death sentence

    Apparently, Bruce Campbell was diagnosed with a "treatable but not
    curable" form of cancer. He says he's got about 5 years to live.

    I haven't seen him in many of things listed in the article but I
    remember him fondly from Burn Notice and from a guest starring two part
    role in Homicide. A lot can happen in 5 years; maybe someone will come
    up with something to give him more time than he's expecting. Here's hoping!

    Since he said that "You can go into focus groups of 10,000 guys who have exactly what you have," I imagine it might be metastatic prostate
    cancer. And, as it turns out "Patients whose cancer responds well to testosterone-lowering treatments have a median survival of five to six
    years."
