    ON, BELGIUM:
    From September 1st to 15th, the radio club Verviers, ON4GDV will
    use the special callsign OR80USA to remember the liberation of
    Belgium during WW2. The callsign will be on air again in December
    to remember the Battle of the Bulge. QSL via ON4GDV.

    T5, FEDERAL RRPUBLIC OF SOMALIA:
    Fabri IV3JPP and his team (IV3DSH, IZ8GCE, IV3ZXQ, IV3AZV and
