Modified Files:
src/xpdev/ini_file.c
Log Message:
xpdev: iniGetBool() reads "Y" as true
isTrue() recognized only "true", "yes" and "on" (in any case), so a
value of "Y" fell through to strtol() and read as false. A Y/N flag, the
form many BBS and door files use, therefore always came back false.
Accept "Y" (and "y") as true too.
The integer getters share isTrue(), so an integer key set to "Y" now
reads as 1, as "yes" already did. The only bare "Y" values in the stock
ctrl files are protocol hotkeys (key=Y), which are read as strings and
are unaffected.
