    Add the 'D' @-code format modifier: lower-case the expanded value

    @CODE|D@ and @CODE-D@ lower-case the expanded @-code value, the
    counterpart of the 'U' (upper-case) modifier, with the same alignment
    behavior. E.g. @Download|D>@ displays the Download text string in
    lower-case, at its natural length.

    Show the resolved Quit key in @QUITCHAR@ and the ~@Quit@ mnemonic

    When a prompt's declared command keys move the Quit key off the first
    letter of the Quit word, a "~@Quit@" mnemonic now shows the key itself
    before the word, e.g. "(Q)Salir", and shows the bare word when there is
    no Quit key. @QUITCHAR@ expands to nothing in that case. (#1242)
