Add 125 TheDraw font files (167 new fonts) from MR !737

From Nigel Reed's closed MR !737, sourced from https://www.roysac.com/thedrawfonts-tdf.html, keeping only fonts not
already in ctrl/tdfonts. A .tdf can hold several fonts, so duplicates
were found by comparing each font's type, spacing, character offsets and
glyph data, not file names.

The MR's 126 files held 236 fonts. Of those, 19 were already in the repo
(one of them renamed), and the four roysac collection files repeated most
of the MR's own single-font files and each other. Where a font appeared in
both a single-font file and a collection, the single-font file keeps it. 4maxx.tdf, tdfonts-2.tdf, tdfonts-3.tdf and tdfonts-4.tdf are rewritten to
hold only their unique fonts, and tdfonts_org.tdf is dropped because every
font in it is elsewhere.

Fonts that share a name with an existing font but have different glyphs (Colossal, Fraktur, Medium, Metal, Outline, ...) are kept, because they
are variants rather than copies.

All 167 fonts load and render with tdfonts_lib.js.

The MR branch's unrelated sbbsecho TRACE commit is not included.
