    Remove UTOPIA from the default xtrn.ini (as planned)

    This worked fine for the Windows installer, since it included a copy of settings.ini, but there's no utopia/settings.ini in Git, so while this would still "work", it wouldn't have all the maps and rules available to the users. *nix sysops should install it themselves instead.
