  • New user "no Ex-ASCII" mode flag is lost during new user logon

    e.g. during new user registration:
    ```

    ```

    but once fully logged in:
    ```
    User Settings for Ascii Test #1030:

    [T] Terminal Mode : Auto CP437 / ANSI (color)
    ```

    This happens in v3.20 as well as v3.21.
