• WP413.ZIP and WP415.ZIP

From Nigel Reed@1:124/5016 to All on Tue Mar 28 02:11:48 2023
    I received these 2 files dated Mar 10 2023 sent from 2:240/1120.29

I've already got these 2 files dated Feb 13 for WP413.ZIP and WP415.ZIP which is causing them to stick around. Any change of including a "Replaces" line in the tic file so I don't have to deal with stuff like this, however sent it out?

    Thanks,
    Nigel

No idea why a second pair popped up. Replaces for the same file name?

    Regards,
    Tim

I just deleted them in the end. I don't have time to go and trace things back to where they came from.

    Thanks,

    That is strange.

Replaces for the same file name?

When you hatch a new version like WP416.ZIP you could add a "Replaces WP415.ZIP" line to the tic file that is sent out and when nodes import the new version it will replace (delete) the WP415.ZIP file.

Mine does but not every tic processor knows about the "Replaces" line. I think most modern tic processors know what to do when they encounter the replaces keyword in a tic file.
