    WWIV is a BBS from way back in the early days of BBSing and fidonet.

    In the beginning WWIV never supported FTN, it had (and still does)
    it's own wwivnet and there were a number of very successful networks
    that ran on wwivnet teck.

    Today WWIV supports both styles of network, wwivnet and FTN.

    Development goes in spurts but it is still active today. More info and docs/downloads at..

    Yes sure, i can help for support russian. But know only Perl language and now
    i study C++ :)
