    This is a bread and butter recipe I have made for a long time. Nothing groundbreaking, but when you want some rice
    pudding, you get some rice
    pudding.

    I haven't made the recipe, but I do love rice pudding! Have you ever added cardamom to yours?

    No, but there's an idea. I'll have to try it next time.

    Rice pudding variations are insane. Pretty much every culture has their own take. Like, I described the Greek way to do it, right? But right over, Italy makes their version with eggs and raisins. Rice pudding is so loosely defined that pretty much anything with rice in it can be dubbed rice pudding.
