    Mal, I hope the first link works,
    After submitting my post that link showed a different page than the one I read today.
    You might have to visit their Home Page: spectrumieee org to get to the article there
    It may be as simple as changing the prefix to https instead of http?
    I just guessed to put http ahead of the address.

    The second link in my original post worked just fine when I tried it just now.

    There is always Something or Someone to keep me humble, this time it's computer things.

    I just was looking at other articles on that website and noticed that DOT that I failed to put in and was going to write a correction to my post . spectrum.ieee.org .
    I am going to blame my eyesight AND this cellphone I use now.
