    Has anyone experienced a bit of oddness with Talisman Download protocols? Zmodem appears to work, but I get some garbage characters on the screen.
    Not sure if X and Y work properly...?

    I know under windows when I ran it I had tested X,Y and Zmodem both
    up and down and it all worked. It was always remote for me since my
    BBS VM ran at a friends house for over 15 years.

    I think you are seeing the result of the other end finishing up the
    transfer. I have that happen on another, non-Talisman board, too. I
    just ignore it as it has not caused any issues.
