I'm not certain - but in File/Message Areas I can press... ESC? Or some ke batch select Areas and make changes to various settings; does it have that Users??

Yeah the mass/bulk selection that works in most places using TAB does not work in users, but I just ended up using some MPL with the GetThisUser and PutThisUser into a script that runs on login anyway. They login, it will set the correct value.
