    Does anyone know how to get a node number on UseNet? I know Avon does host it, however he is out of pocket currently. I was able to receive my fsxNET node number, 21:3/241 from Clearing Houz .

    Avon shut down his usenet feed quite a while ago. You can check out Dark Realms at 1:229/426. Be aware he doesn't allow binaries.

    You don't get a node number on usenet. That is a very different beast!

    If you want usenet area's on your bbs, you contact one of the sysops that run gateways and ask if you can have a feed.

    I run one myself, but it's only setup for fidonet addressing.
