You can still get games like "Baldurs Gate" for Linux from GOG.
I think they charge small fees like $4.99 though.

Nope, or at least it wasn't when I purchased the original Baldurs Gate
for Linux. It was a 1-time fee for $4.99 and well worth it, IMHO. :)
